To approve terminal requests for new operators, follow the instructions below.
As an Administrator, when terminal requests come in the Pending Auth Requests button appears in the upper left corner of the current tab.
1. Click the Pending Auth Requests button.
The Admin > Auth Requests page appears.
2. Check the E-File Granted and the KSR Granted checkboxes, then click Apply.
The banner below shows that the request has been processed:
